SAN FRANCISCO – A former San Francisco police detective faces marijuana possession charges after pleading guilty Monday, Aug. 16, in a U.S. district court in San Francisco, authorities said.

U.S. Magistrate Judge Laura E. Kelley in 더킹카지노San Francisco entered the guilty plea on Aug. 10우리카지노 after more than a year of investigation involving U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration officials and federal investigators, according to a letter from DEA Assistant Administrator Mark Barden.

Heimbach is charged w더킹카지노ith one count of possession of marijuana with the intent to deliver, one count of possession of marijuana with intent to distribute, three counts of manufacture and one count of possession with intent to distribute, authorities said.

Heimbach surrendered at the federal detention facility in Brownsville, Texas, around 8:30 a.m. Sept. 5, according to the letter.

The sentencing hearing is scheduled for Oct. 3.

Heimbach entered his plea in U.S. District Court in San Francisco’s Northern District on April 28, 2016, in connection with the arrest of another undercover drug detective for his actions in the narcotics investigation unit.

Heimbach remains free on $25,000 bail after his court date.
